PADI Deep Diver Specialty
The lure of the deep… There’s something exciting and mysterious about exploring deeper dive sites while scuba diving. The PADI Deep Diver course will enable you to dive with confidence to depths from 18–40m.
This course is made even more enjoyable when done in conjunction with the Enriched Air course.
What you will learn:
- Equipment considerations for Deep Diving
- Deep dive planning, buddy contact procedures and buoyancy control
- Managing your gas supply, dealing with gas narcosis and safety considerations
Pre-requisites:
- 15 years of age
- PADI Advanced Water Diver (or equivalent rating from another training agency)
Duration:
Full Time: 2 Days
Part Time: 1 evening lecture and 2 weekends
