Complete Your First Navigation Dive
Use natural references and estimate distance underwater using time and kick cycles.
Develop Advanced Navigation Skills
Practise compass headings, multiple turns and locating specific points or objects underwater.
Complete Three Training Dives
Apply your navigation skills across three dives and earn your PADI Underwater Navigator Specialty certification.

You’ll learn the tools of the trade, including navigation using natural clues and by following compass headings.

- Methods to estimate distance underwater
- Compass navigation while making at least five turns
- Marking or relocating a submerged object or position from the surface
