Overview

The SCUBAPRO Surface Marker Buoy PVC 1.3 m Orange is a practical surface marker buoy for recreational scuba diving, training and general dive safety. Measuring 130 cm x 16.5 cm, it provides a clear surface signal while remaining compact enough to pack neatly into a BCD pocket or clip to your dive setup.

The buoy is made from durable PVC with HF-welded seams, giving it a strong and economical construction for regular diving use. Its bright orange colour and visible “Diver Below” text help improve awareness at the surface, making it easier for boats, buddies and surface support to identify a diver’s position.

The open-ended design allows simple inflation and deflation underwater. Lead weights at the bottom help the buoy stand straight up once deployed, improving visibility at the surface and making it easier to manage in the water.

A 6 m tether is included for deployment, and the SMB folds into a nylon pouch when not in use. The pouch includes a clip for easy attachment to a BCD, keeping the buoy close at hand for quick access during a dive.

This product is the surface marker buoy with tether and pouch only and does not include a finger spool, reel or additional line system unless supplied separately.
